Resumes.zip is a curated collection of résumé templates. This project reimagines Google Docs as a typesetting canvas, exploring the potential of the accessible, everyday software as a powerful design tool.

Each template is composed with a typography-first sensibility, balancing visual clarity with machine readability while being optimized for both print and digital contexts.

The debut series comprises of eight résumé compositions at their most foundational. Each design—Sonata, Euphony, Terzetto, Fugue, Aria, Legato, Canon, and Rondo—is composed for diverse information structures and word counts and draws inspiration from musical composition styles, ready to be remixed and uniquely tailored.

Resumes.zip is visually optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. Each résumé is crafted in Letter (US) and A4 (international) formats. The appropriate format is automatically selected based on the visitor’s location, with an option to switch manually.

Overall, Resumes.zip leverages Google Docs as a design platform to equip applicants at any career stage with professional-quality templates, all within an accessible and familiar environment.
